Finding us: From Grand River, turn south on Dorr Road. We're in the Sterling Business Center, in front of the Gleaners Food Bank building and behind Wilson Marina boat storage. Enter through the middle doors. The office is on the right, in the first hallway.

Policies
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
Booking
A card on file is required to book online. To make scheduling easy, we recommend booking your next appointment before you leave.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule by calling or texting (734) 323-3881. Without 24 hours' notice, a $25 fee applies to your next visit, or a prepaid session is forfeited. Missed appointments (no-shows) forfeit the session. Sessions are non-refundable.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks and Mindful Living 24/7 gift cards. HSA cards accepted. Returned checks carry a $25 fee.

A calm space
To keep the space peaceful, please keep conversations quiet and silence your phone. Children under 12 must stay with an adult at all times.
Gift cards are available in any amount, for any service. They can be picked up or mailed to you. They're non-refundable, can't be exchanged for cash, and must be presented by the expiration date. Ask at your visit, or call/text (734) 323-3881 to arrange a mailed certificate.
