What it is
We don't only store experiences in memory. Stress, grief, old patterns and unspoken emotions can also settle into the body. They show up as muscle tension, energy that feels stuck, or a sense that "something's off" that's hard to put into words.
The Emotional Unwind Experience is a structured, hands-on session that listens to that layer directly, using your body's own feedback as the guide. It isn't talk therapy, and it isn't a diagnosis of anything.
How it works
- Muscle response testing. Using gentle applied kinesiology, I check how specific muscles respond while you hold certain thoughts, memories or phrases in mind. A muscle that "gives way" flags an area worth exploring, often beneath conscious awareness.
- Biofield awareness. At the same time, I pay attention to your biofield, the subtle energy layer around the body. Changes there often line up with what the muscle testing shows.
- Finding the pattern. Together we narrow in on the specific emotion, memory or belief your body is holding onto most strongly right now. The EUE system works with 30 core emotions and 60 supporting emotions, each linked to an organ pairing (for example heart and small intestine, or liver and gallbladder).
- The unwind. Once a pattern is identified, I use light touch, bio-resonators, the emotion vials that came up in your testing, and guided awareness. These support your body as it processes and lets go.
Who it may help
EUE may be for you if:
- You feel like you're carrying something (stress, grief, tension) that talking hasn't resolved
- The same emotional pattern keeps showing up in different situations
- You feel "off" and can't figure out why
- You're curious about body-based, energy-aware approaches to emotional well-being
- You simply want to feel lighter and more like yourself
EUE is a complementary wellness practice. It is not psychotherapy or medical treatment and does not replace care from a licensed mental-health or medical provider. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Add-on: Heart / Respiratory Technique
A gentle technique that focuses on the cartilage attachments along the breastbone, where the ribs meet. It supports relaxed, unrestricted breathing and ease through the chest. First, muscle response testing locates areas of tension. Then I apply light, precise touch to these points so the surrounding tissue can release and settle. Many clients notice a fuller, easier breath and a sense of calm afterward.
Clients often ask about it when they notice tightness between the shoulders that won't go away, shoulder and neck stiffness, upper-back discomfort, or feeling unable to take a full, deep breath.
Any chest pain or sudden trouble breathing needs a doctor or 911 first.
