It was wonderful. It was my first time experiencing the Bowenwork technique and I feel great. It was relaxing and helped my body feel less stressed. My husband and I went for his birthday and he really enjoyed it, too.

Bowen is a unique experience. Don’t assume this is a massage therapy session. It’s more related to energy and healing of the body along with slight manipulation of the muscles. You will walk away feeling relaxed.
